This magnificent villa with a privileged location right on the seafront is available for rent from October to April.

From the entrance hall, as soon as you enter the house, you can access the three different areas of the house.

To the left are three double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. This one, in addition to a shower, also has a bathtub.To the right is the third full bathroom and the living-dining room with an open kitchen and probably one of the best views on the island: the beautiful coastline of Colónia de Sant Pere all the way to es Caló and the Llevant mountain range in the background.

The room features large windows and French doors, which maximize the entry of light and allow you to enjoy the magnificent views of the sea and the impressive winter storms. Furthermore, from this spacious room, through one of the large windows, a covered terrace with all the amenities offers the possibility of enjoying the outdoors as well, with a seating area with a comfortable sofa, a dining area, and a barbecue to make the most of this special location. On sunny days, the garden offers a place to enjoy the warmth of the sun loungers or cool off in the evening.

A staircase leads us to the third area of the home: a double bedroom on the first floor and an upper terrace that offers even more expansive views of the Bay of Alcudia and the Tramuntana Mountains.

Both the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning (hot/cold) and electric radiators. It also has underfloor heating, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the home.

From the garden, there's direct access to the path that runs alongside this picturesque part of the island. The tamarind trees, the sea, and the mountains in the distance offer the perfect combination of the green and blue colors so characteristic of the area.
