This incredible, newly renovated house is available for monthly rental in Colònia de Sant Pere. It's in one of the most central locations in the town, just a few meters from the center and 200 meters from the beach.

This house is divided into two floors. From the exterior entrance, you access a patio where you'll find a swimming pool to cool off during the hottest months. This patio is also an ideal place to use as a play area for young children. In addition, it has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for cleaning up after using the pool or rinsing off the sand from the beach before entering the house.

Upon entering the house, we found a spacious living room that blends rustic and minimalist styles, featuring a fireplace for warmth during the colder months. From here, there is access to a guest toilet, allowing visitors to avoid entering the bedrooms, as well as to the kitchen and the downstairs bedroom.

This bedroom has also been used as a second living room due to its large size; this space can definitely be used in many ways thanks to the space it contains. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom.

From the kitchen it is possible to access the outdoor patio with the pool, thus providing two different entrances from the outdoor space.

On the first floor we find a landing that leads to three bedrooms, two of them double and a third triple, all of them share a full bathroom.

This entire house is equipped with aluminum blinds and double-glazed windows to further improve the preservation of ambient temperature as well as noise.
